I have to agree that there is such a thing as "too high up." If you are shooting from the ground, your ideal target area of the vitals is about 6-8 inches in circumference. From a higher elevation,
these things are killing way more than that & those are just estmates not the real fact!

1. Hunt longer than everyone else. Sit all day.
2. Hunt the thick stuff that no one goes into.
3. Start bowhunting or muzzleloader hunting since there are often fewer hunters during those seasons.
4. Hunt somewhere else.
5. Use the hunters to your advantage by hunting escape routes away from other hunters.
